I'm trying to buy an Intercept X license to enable more functions on my XG Firewall.
I've been told that Sophos can't help me as I'm not a business, and to buy Sophos Home.
My Sophos Support Portal registration request has been rejected.
All I want to do it buy a license. Why is it so difficult?

Your Support Portal registration will only be approved once you are a registered customer in our licensing system, which I understand you are actively trying to become.
