Hi,
I have a website blocked by sophos and I think it is blacklisted by Sophos due to a redirect problem that is currently solved.
The domain is www.piulento.it that triggered by www.piulento.com and www.piulento.eu.
The site is checked and thre were no malaware.
What can I do?

To have the website category updated, you will need to submit a request using the following webform.
- https://support.sophos.com/support/s/filesubmission?language=en_US
Select "Web Address (URL)" then fill out the necessary information. These requests are typically processed in 24-48 hours. If you wish to check on the category afterwards, this can be done from intelix.sophos.com.
