You can submit a website reclassification request using the following page. You will first need to select "Web Address (URL)" then fill out the necessary fields. The changes typically take 24-48 hours if the request is approved.

Sophos says, you should use intelix today.

The Link Qoosh provided just leads to the black hole I recently mentioned again: community.sophos.com/.../sophos-url-sample-submission---still-a-black-hole-without-communication

you need to check it manually then with your firewall or endpoint. you could also use intelix to check the current category.
