Why is my website flagged as part of spam category and how to have it removed from your list?

    Some words on your webpage can also be used by spam senders to hide their pages.

    Or the images are not recognized correctly.

    Or the hosting server is also used by spam senders. (The catering company for the school was marked as pornography ... there were also "other" webpages on the servers (IP))

    Thanks for the reply, really appreciated. 

    I just submitted the url but not sure if I picked up the right Sophos product / service from the list for the type of request. I selected Sophos web appliance. Will see.
