I shattered my phone, and now I'm unable to use the Google authenticator app I set up on Sophos Central for authentication because I don't have a backup and no one else has access to this Sophos Central. I need to know how to enter Sophos Central. Is it possible to restart the MFA?I have administrative access to a Sophos XG Firewall that is listed on this Sophos Central, if that's any assistance.

You will need to open a support case with our Customer Care team so they can reset the MFA settings for you. I suggest calling our team the regional phone numbers under "For Critical Cases". Otherwise, you can also open a case from the support portal.
If a member of your team has the Super Admin role and is able to log in successfully, they can also perform the reset for you by opening your user entry and selecting the "Reset MFA" button on the left-hand side.
