Hello our website www.twilead.com is listed as "hacking" under Sophos categories.Could you please delist it? We are developing and selling a marketing/CRM solution software and all we can think about is some former users that got create themselves an account on our platform last June bypassing our firewalls and sending phishy emails. We've obviously solved this situation, removed the accounts, and hardened the security which makes it impossible to do so ever since.Could you please delist from blacklist and recategorize us as "business cloud apps" ?For your information we've also completed a sample form submission after speaking with an agent of yours on the phone.
Sending in a sample submission, as you've done already, is the correct course of action. The re-categorization process is typically completed in less than 24 hours, though if you continue to experience issues, please do follow up with us here.- https://support.sophos.com/support/s/filesubmission?language=en_US
FWIW it looks like you have a public DNS issue; can't resolve www.twilead.com currently....
