i´m struggeling with the Sophos Central Login.
I can´t login in Sophos Central with my Sophos ID , a reset did not work either.
I can Login on https://secure2.sophos.com/ with my id but not in the central login.
Here after i type in the credentials the notication occurs
"Authentication failed. Check your credentials and try again."
On a password reset , i type in the verification code which was send on my Email-Adress and then after i type the new Password ,the Message popup that the
authentication has failed ,check the credentials .
So i´m a Sophos XG Home User and want to migrate my AP to Sophos Central since the Basic Wireless Protection is now free.
I don't know how the support for XG-Home works since it is not a paid license.Therefore the question here in the community forum
I searched on the web for a fix ,but nothings seems to work .
maybe the problem is related to the merging of Sophos accounts ??

That was it - i thougt with the standard Sophos ID that automatically the access to central was granted.
So far that i know , when the trial ends , the Basic Wireless functionality still remains active ?
Yes - It will stay active after the 30 day period.
