In the past I had HitmanPro.Alert setup to exclude my OneDrive folder because it is set to be On-Demand. HitmanPro does not play nice with this because it starts downloading all the files whenever I do a scan of my PC.
For the life of me I can't remember how exactly I did this but I do remember it involved a batch file but I can't find anything about it anymore.
Could anyone be of any help? Sophos seems to be ignoring this product entirely because I found a post where they promised to fix this issue three years ago!
Hi Rowan Kerseboom
Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
Could you clarify if you're using Sophos Intercept X Advanced or if you're using the stand-alone HitmanPro.Alert product?
If you are using the stand-alone product, you can reach the HitmanPro support team at support@hitmanpro.com. The version of the product integrated into Sophos' Intercept X will behave slightly differently, so we may not be the best suited to assist you.
Could you send me a screenshot of what your current exclusion looks like?
