Need help in Setting download client for single sign on, on Linux 64 bit

it says

"caa started in foreground mode.
Connecting to host 172.16.1.3 ...
Connected with ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 encryption.
Client type sent: Linux
Login was denied. Username/password invalid!
Sending SIGTERM to running caa with Process Id 96829.
Running instance of caa terminated by signal 15"

Even when my Username/password is correct. I don't know what to do

I am running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS version

Kernel Version: 5.11.0-41-generic

Please guide me how to setup this download client? If any other information is needed do ask!

Could you elaborate on the issues you’re experiencing? Are you looking to download the installer package directly to the device in question, or are you running into problems when trying to run the installer?
