Sophos and windows 11

We use Sophos anti virus, email filtering and Managed Threat Response. We updated 5 pc's to windows 11. These devices are still reporting as windows 10. Is there an update for recognizing windows 11 in proceess? Thanks

You are using WIndows 11 can you tell me that according to my spec Core i7-7th Generation Intel Processor, Dell Laptop have capability to run WINDOWS 11? I need suggestion.

Hi Jim,

take a look at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion, at the “ProductName” registry value on your Windows 11 machine. What value do you get?

It is windows 10 pro. It did not update with I updated to windows 11.

So seems to be a Microsoft issue :-) Central displays that HKEY.

Why you not ask this question at Microsoft forum by the way Windows 11 is not completely compatible so I don't think it work with these spec.
