Hi BitLocker has stopped me from opening up my laptop. It happened after I downloaded an update. I don't have the key to unlock it. Can you please help. Kind regards Gary

Can you confirm if you are using sophos device encryption or sophos safeguard? Was this machine a company manage system or personal system?
