Download for Sophos UTM Home Edition doesn't work anymore

Hi all,

I want to download Sophos UTM home edition for protecting my IT environment at home, but I never received an email containing the download link after entering name and email address. The case (04431636) I opened at Sophos support was closed unsolved and I was pointed to this forum. How can I get the the software now?
