Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community. 

I would like to ask if a reboot has been performed after the uninstall was completed using "Remove Sophos Endpoint.app"? 

You may want to try downloading the removal app separately, using the following link, to see if running this can remove the ScanExtension.

If this too does not work, please let me know by updating this thread and we can explore additional options. 

several reboots is done. Please see my post 'I have used endpoint removal app for mac and it still run' it still does not remove from mac and runs continously. How do we stop this as it eats cpu usage and memory
