Sophos XG 106w Password reset

Good Evening. 

I must reset my Password from the Sophos XG 106w. Via Seriell I can connect with admin as password. But at the web console, I cannot login. I have to write a captcha. Perhaps that is broken? 

Can you help me please?

    Hi Lukas,

    Did you mean that it doesn't work without captcha? What if you disable the captcha authentication, Would it work?

    Web Admin should work with the admin user and the password if the same password works on the serial console. Try to log in on SSH as well to verify.
