Unable to Change my name and that's impact on my Sophos certificate name also!

I knew and access that way before, but the main matter is I am unable to edit my NAME and My name is showing wrong on my Sophos certificates!!

The account name on the Community website isn't linked to the Sophos Certifications. If there's an issue with the name on the certification, please email at globaltraining@sophos.com.
