Alert for Sophos Central

Hi Everyone,

A client receives this but only for a handful of machines "A computer does not comply with the Sophos Central policy you applied to it.". The machines are protected and up to date.

Can you please advise?

Appears that the Management Console was registering the machines as Windows 8.1 when in fact, they were updated to Windows 10! Seems like the software didn't update with Windows but re-installing Sophos…

Further inspection in the Admin Console, they also receive this under Summary "Download of ESHSXP failed from server http:∕∕dci.sophosupd.com∕cloudupdate.". Client are also running windows 8.1.
