Sophos Firewall HA

A firewall was replaced. The new sg 230 was activated and registered. However, as soon as an attempt is made to establish the HA, the error message appears that the firewall is not registered. However, the registration was completed successfully. How can I correct this error?

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message? Did you register the firewall on your MySophos account? Is it registered with the same account as the other firewall?
