RE : unable to locate a exe file which shows up in the Battery usage per app

Hi,

The app fw_update_launcher listed on the battery usage app is consuming more power on the laptop and we need to remove it. Unable to locate this app on add and remove programs, no related exe file on c drive, unable to locate it on task manger (the app on shows its consuming 50% of the power). Could this be a malware not detected ?

Thanks for replying, we have the following product in Sophos

Core Agent 2.18.2
Endpoint Advance 10.8.10.3
Sophos Intercept 2.0.20

This issue was found on laptop with

OS - Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version - 10.0.19043 Build 19043
