How to remove site from Sophos blacklist?

Dear sir/madam, 
 We got the blacklisted domain in your platform: http://solidgoldlotto.com/ 
 This domain is not active/live therefore it has no reason to be blacklisted. 
 Can you please clarify why this domain was blacklisted and advice me how to remove it?

Well, it looks like the domain has a history of questionable activity. Looking at archived versions of the domain the title of the latest page was "Recently hacked profiles!".

Certainly possible. The domain will need to be reviewed by SOPHOS to ensure all malicious indicators have been removed. 
 I believe this is the proper location to submit for reclassification. support.sophos.com/.../filesubmission
