How can I know the scanned files by Sophos Anti-Virus?

Hi.

As the title says, I'd like to know scanned file.

Because the scan extremely use cpu so I'd like to exclude some file from scanning.

I confirmed the /opt/sophos-av/log/savd.log.* shows only on-access scan executed.
