For Sophos ID deletion, you may reach our Customer Care team through our support portal for them to help you delete your account. For your Sophos Community account. We’re have already deleted your account as per your request.
as you can see on this snapshot Your name no longer exists and was been replaced as "Former Member" which indicates that your account has been deleted from the community. You may reach our customer care team to fully remove your Sophos ID.
there is only one reason I can see which leads to this and that was "your Sophos ID still does exist. Your community account and Sophos ID account might be linked to each other. Once your Sophos ID will be deleted, you will no longer be able to log in again.
