Protezione in tempo reale non abilita su ubuntu lts

durante l'installazione dello script server protection, su ubuntu lts, ricevo la segnalazione che la protezione in tempo reale non è abilitata perchè non è possibile generare una versione stabile del kernel.

come posso risolvere?.

    Could you show the exact error message and the output of uname -r?

    si la Server Protection gestita dal cloud (versione 10) è su 20.04 LTS;

    il messaggio di errore è: On-access scanning not available. It was not possible to obtain or build suitable kernel support;

    il risultaro di uname -r è: 5.8.0-49-generic
