Failed to connect to server. Using android email client and using Sophos MDM

Hi Guys,

Can you help me out regarding my problem with mobile(android) email client.

The problem: Failed to connect to server (When performing refresh)

We are using sophos mdm as server and security type is SSL.

Please guys im struggling with this problem

Hi There,

Aside from the error that you are getting " Failed to connect to server" was there any other error message that pop's-up? Was your server a self-signed certificate?
