Sophos Support, Partners & Distributors in Greece...

We are using Sophos for us and some of our clients for several years, and we are quite satisfied with the product...

But we are not satisfied from the fact that

- we never get information about new releases, versions on our mail (we have to periodically check on our own to see if there's a new version, and that ours or our client's version is going for retirement or not)

- we never get feedback that our (or our clients) license are about to expire - while your competitors do so ..

- and furthermore, our license has expired for 15 days, the distributor from whom we have bought Sophos licences for the past years doesn't distribute Sophos anymore, we can't find someone to put an order for the renewal, and in your "find a partner map" (http://www.sophos.com/partners/channel/find/partnerlocator/)  in Greece where we happen to reside you state that there is only one partner located .... in Mexico !!

    Further to the phone discussions you had with your Channel Account Manager last week, you should see marked improvements in the advanced communication of information on licences and new versions, as we expand the rollout of a new communication scheme globally in the coming weeks.  We recently upgraded our communication infrastructure to improve the dialog with our Customers and Partners, with both global and local capabilities, which will precisely improve the situation for countries such as Greece. As for the problem with Partner locator for Greece, it should be solved by now. Thanks for letting us know !
