are you using vpn on smartphone? I think yes, go to the menu and select protocol, then see, you have just limited options like ikev2, udp and tcp. If l2tp is for streaming so it means I have missed an option. Secondly, right now I searched and get a guide to understand the actual difference. www.purevpn.com/.../ikev2
