Sophos Endpoint DLP not working due to different Windows 10 Business/Office 365 Business Versions

I have been having issues with different Sophos Endpoint uses when using different licensing levels of Windows 10 and or Office 365 is there a support version list for what will work with Sophos Endpoint and what will not work with the different versions? This is regarding various aspects of DLP and other GPO/Registry settings that may be affected based on which versions you are using in regards to Sophos Endpoint.
I am not referring to Win 10 Home but more Win 10 Pro, Win 10 for Enterprise & Win 10 for Workstations
