We have recently completed our Sales and Engineer Certifications with Sophos however upon completion we are now receiving login issues into out Partner and Certifications Portals.
I have read that a solution to this in the past was for Sophos to perform a "Full Resync" with their Backend Infrastructure.
Can Sophos kindly assist in having this issue resolved.
