Customers and Partners are encouraged to use the Sophos Endpoint Self Help (ESH) tool as a more streamlined and updated troubleshooting solution. The Sophos Endpoint Self Help tool finds, troubleshoots, and fixes Windows endpoints and servers using the Sophos Endpoint Agent. The ESH location is: C:\Program Files\Sophos\Endpoint Self Help\SophosESH.exe
ESH identifies issues with the underlying technologies used by the Sophos Endpoint Agent. It provides links to troubleshooting articles containing error scenarios and, in most cases, steps to fix the issue. The listed options may vary depending on your license and whether the software is installed.
The ESH tool will automatically be updated to the latest version. Any questions are welcome at the Sophos Endpoint Community Forum.
