ET (Eastern Time): April 19 from 20:00 to April 20, 08:00
IST (Indian Standard Time): April 20 from 05:30 to April 20, 17:30
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time): April 20 from 00:00 to April 20, 12:00

Hi rfcat_vk,

It seems like the site was still under maintenance while you commented. The maintenance was scheduled to end at 12:00 UTC, and your comment was made at 9:34 UTC. We checked the systems, and the site returned to its normal operational speed once the maintenance period ended. Hi,

The first outage was close to the published time, the second outage time wasn't very accurate, out by 7 hours in Australia.

Next issue is the site is slower than before the second lot of maintenance today.
