Feedback Requested: Help us enhance your Sophos Community experience

Hi Everyone,

The Sophos Community team is running a brief survey to better understand how we can create valuable content that resonates with you the most. Your perspectives will provide helpful insights into the types of Sophos topics, cybersecurity topics, and discussions that interest you the most.

By taking just a few minutes to complete this survey, you can help shape future content to align with what matters to you. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. The survey will be open until May 24, 2024.

  • Hi Torben,

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

We regret to hear about your experience. Would it be possible to further clarify where you’re having issues logging in?

    • "Changed your login system" -
    • 'I can log in to one system"

Can you share the link you're having issue also?

  • I am having the worst experience trying to log in.

Seems like you have recently changed your login system and I feel like I'm stuck between the old and the new world.  I can log in to one system, but then I can do nothing.  When I try to log into the next system, my credentials are apparently wrong.  When I try to reset my password it doesn't work.

I just want to log in to download the Proxmox virtual disks you apparently have, but I cannot get anywhere near that.

I'll go check out Opnsense now - life is too short for this...
