Issues while browsing the Sophos Community

Hi Community,

We have had reports of some users experiencing issues while browsing the Sophos Community. There was a problem with some JavaScript files being removed. We took out the references to those files until they were replaced.

Earlier today (Friday), the missing JavaScript files were replaced and we have just put the references to those files back in. 

  • Any users still experiencing issues are requested to clear their browser cache and cookies. 

Please note that there are still a few missing font files that render some icons on the site. This is a cosmetic issue that we are working to resolve ASAP.

  • Clearing cache will not work.

    Chrome Browsers

        Cannot reply  in posts.

        Icons are gone and replaced with squares.

        Fonts are weird as well as the whole WEB page.

    On Edge browsers

        Can Reply in posts.

        Icons are gone and replaced with nothing.

        Fonts are weird as well as the whole WEB page.

    And so on ...

    My apologies again for this issue. Could you please retry clearing the cache/cookies for your Chrome browser? You should now be able to reply to posts. We are still working on resolving the issue with the icons, fonts, and other visual anomalies.
