Force update of ressources

Question

Hello, We have been using ZTNA for several months now and are quite happy with it overall. What is a problem, however, is that some clients only download updates or new resources after a reboot. Other clients get the updates within a few seconds. But the others don't have the new information even after hours. Is there a way to force the client to update? &ldquo;Information -> Update now&rdquo; is not enough

Hi Mies, thank you for your feedback. Ideally the policy push should not take more than a few seconds. It should not need a reboot for sure. Is this an intermittent behaviour or do you see it everytime you make a configuration push? If its the latter, this warrants more investigation and would request you to raise a support request.
