RDS Web Agentless

Hi all,

I m trying to get an rds access with a web gateway but agentless ...

I can open the web page but I get an error when I launch the shortcuts.

error : the remote resource is inaccessible error 0X300000d

Has someone already had this problem ?

Hey,

this error occurs when the FQDN of the RD web server is different from the external certificate used.

Example:


Sophos ZTNA domain wildcard 

*.musterdomain.de


RDWeb External FQDN

rdweb.musterdomain.de


ZTNA Agentless Bookmark 

rdweb.musterdomain.de


Make sure your wildcard certificate is also imported for the RD web services
