ZTNA Access Issue

I need to change the authenticated user on an endpoint but I cannot find the documentation how to log out a user. I tried getting to this KB article but it just spins and never comes up.

Hi Bryan, We published a batch file to log out the user but have archived the KBA currently. We will be publishing an updated file to suit our current implementation. Please stay posted.
