I'm currently testing ZTNA and am making use of cloud gateway. My issue is that of the 4 client devices I'm testing with, one gets an error. I think this is specific to this device, as users can access no problem on other devices. User authenticates OK to a CIFS resource, but gets the below error. The information on this provided at https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000043623?language=en_US&utm_source=Product&utm_medium=EndpointSelfHelp&utm_campaign=Ztna#link2 doesn't apply as other clients connect without issue. I'm sure if I reimage this device it would resolve the problem, but I think it's unnecessary and work I'd rather avoid if there's a simpler solution, especially if a rollout results in more devices with this error, so suggestions to resolve would be appreciated.
