ZTNA softphone apps

its possible to use the application of softphone as executable running behind the ZTNA product?

we have some remote office and users that need to get access to our SIP TRUNK or PBX (Grandstream). Is there any use case with this in particular.

Thanks.

  • Hi Irvin,

We officially do not support VOIP soft clients. The behaviour of these clients differ from each other and are undefined. While testing internally, we have seen applications like wengophone work but have run into issues with other softwares.

Some of these VoIP softwares require a range of ports to be configured and some also assign ports dynamically. While we will be addressing the former by providing an option for admins to configure port ranges next quarter, we still do not support dynamically assigned ports.
