Sophos ZTNA Ressource access

we have installed a ztna gateway on a vmware server. also we have created a resource as well as a policy. unfortunately it is not possible that we can access the resource via RDP.
What settings could we check. The ZTNA documentation did not help us with this problem.

Try double checking whether your users who need the RDP are in Azure security group (the group that is assigned to resource in Sophos Central). That was my problem. My group was M365 group and not a security group.
