ztna authentication

Question

Hi Sophos. I have configured the ztna setup. I login with okta authentication at the agent site. Now I need to change the authentication account in the agent. I uninstalled the Sophos endpoint and re install but it did not work. Can you tell me the right way to do it?

Hi Tri, Just wanted to get more info on the question. If I understand correctly, you have created Okta as the identity provider and linked it to the gateway during creation. You now have a ZTNA agent installed and are able to access resources.

 Now, are you referring to signing out of the logged in user on the ZTNA agent and signing in through a different user account? If yes, you can follow this KBA :
