After upgrading to Window 11 my ZTNA is not working anymore.
I tried removing ZTNA module from Sophos central and then reinstalled it again. It did not help at all.

I tried removing ZTNA module from Sophos central and then reinstalled it again. It did not help at all.
I uninstalled Endpoint protection agent totally including ZTNA. Then reinstalled Endpoint agent again and now it's working again.
This fixes the problem but is there any other way to solve this if this starts to come up with everyone who is upgrading to 11.
Did you use the Endpoint EAP?

Nope. Normal Endpoint from Sophos Central.

This is currently a known issue that is intermittently seen and relates to full access permissions for sntpservice getting revoked after the windows upgrade. The issue and the suggested workaround can be seen in the below link:

This will be fixed in the next upgrade for the ZTNA agent as well.
Hi Toby, Yes, that would be correct. This is seen intermittently only on devices running a ZTNA agent and on upgrading to windows 11.
