Allowed Sender List - only for spam?

I have searched the forums and have not found an answer to this question. Is there a way to allow someone to bypass the content filter to get their email through?  As far as I can tell, the allowed sender list only works for spam and not other tests(content filtering and attachments). Is there a way around this or is this something that is coming in the future? I am using version 3.0.2.0.

    The allow sender list is only for spam, you can not bypass the content filters via this method.

    You can however create exceptions for the content filter which should do as you are requiring which allows you to exempt an email address from a content filter.
