Sophos Management Appliance

So, downloaded my shiny new Web Appliance and have been testing, all working great.

Make it live and go to join it to the Management Appliance and can't because..... there's no update to 4.0.2.2 yet

So i have a management App and physical WS1100 on 3.9.4.1 and a web appliance on 4.0.2.2

When will the management appliance get an update?

Update: been on hold for 1hour 12mins now. Giving up

    Well, Sophos gave me a call and its all sorted.

    I don't know about multiple accounts but what i was told was its basically made available in the order the appliance were activated. So because we started with the Web Appliance firstm then added a physical WS1100 and SM appliance later we had to wait.

    The update popped up the next day and i've successfully upgraded all 3 units
