Sophos Email Applicance - Administrator Flagging Emails as Spam

Is there a way for an administrator to use the Sophos email appliance to flag messages as spam???

I can only see three options available:

1. The Sophos outlook plug in, which is inefficient since it leave this administrative task to the user, who may choose to just ignore the messages, especially if the messages just go the junk folder, and the spam will remain unblocked.

2. The other option i can see if attaching the message and sending it to Sophos. This requires an administrator to access the user mailbox, attach and send!

3. Add the spam emails to blocked lists and quanrantine. Then use forward the quarantined messages to sophos as spam.

My aim as an administrator is to ensure any spam that manages to pass through can be blocked by flagging them, without leaving the decision of flagging them to the user.

Please advise on best practise
