PureMessage service cannot be launched => : 0x80070534

Hello,

Problem: PureMessage service cannot be launched => : 0x80070534 - No mapping between account names and security IDs

Environment : Exchange 2013 CU2 on Server 2012

PureMessage took time to be installed, but when done, the service cannot be launched and returned the error above.

SophosPureMessage account in AD had been to create manually, because the first install could not create it. It belongs to Sophos PureMessage Administrators group...

Any idea ?
