Description

The appliance is repeatedly failing to retrieve data updates from
Sophos. The appliance may not be using the latest detections. Please
see System > Updates for more information.
Remedy
~~~~~~
This issue may be due to a network problem. Perform Network
Connectivity test under Configuration > Network > Network Connectivity
to test network connections. If there are failed network tests, check
your network settings. If there are no network test failures, contact
Sophos support.
The test network is OK!
