A bit back i had issues with one of my W500 hardware appliances where it kept freezing and stopping internet access. it locked that hard that i couldnt even enable remote access to it for Sophos to look at. i have now moved to a virtual appliance and the same thing is happening. It is on version 3.8.1.1. the only way to get either of them working again is a reboot which seems to take 30+minutes on either the hardware appliance or the VM. Ive logged this with support and they could not fine an issue. its definately the appliance because if i bypass it the internet connection is fine.
I see that an older version had this same issue but it should have been fixed. this has only been occuring since the last software upgrade.
