End User Quarantine is not working

Have some questions/problems testing PM.
1) The "Deliver Message" button in the user interface (a quarantine tab) doesn't work for me, a message is sent somewhere but not delivered to the original recipient.
2) Are there automatic daily email reports for end-users in PM?
3) "From" in blocked messages in user inteface is displayed without a name (only email itself), but in the page source code it is, i.e.

<td class="tableRow"><div title="=?KOI8-R?Q?=E7=C1=D7=D2=C9=CB=CF=D7_=F7=C1=CC=C5=D2=C9=CA?=&lt;gavrikov@metric.ru&gt;"<mailto:=?KOI8-R?Q?=E7=C1=D7=D2=C9=CB=CF=D7_=F7=C1=CC=C5=D2=C9=CA?=&lt;gavrikov@metric.ru&gt;>>gavrikov@metric.ru<mailto:gavrikov@metric.ru></div></td>

MTA  is sendmail, authentication is via LDAP, OS is RHEL 5.

  • Hello ssats,

    1) From the command line, you can check the release with

    $ pmx-log

    This is a quick way to tail the pmx_log and will show the release information.

    Are you using the PMX recipient-aliases map?

    If yes, it does the following:

    • Consolidated mail view in EUWI
    • Application of per-user whitelist(s) and blacklist(s)
    • Mail released in consolidated EUWI is delivered to original recipient.

    2) There is a scheduled job called pmx-qdigest that can be enabled to run digests at any choosen frequency.  In your Manager interface (18080), under "Local Services", you'll find the pmx-qdigest job.

    3) I'm not sure what's going on here, but it looks like a foreign spam message.  Perhaps the localization on the End User Web Interface is setup improperly?

    Cheers,

    MarkJD.
