Pure Message Fails to Update

Following an upgrade of the Endpoint protection from 3.1 to 4 today on the network the knock on effect is that Pure Message now fails to update.  It most probably is still trying to update from the EMlib which has now been replaced.  Is there a way of redirecting Pure Message to look for the new SUM without having to reinstall it.

    Hi Mickeyh080,

    Puremessage has to get downloads direct from Sophos.

    On the old setup, your secondary server for AutoUpdate would have been pointing to Sophos.

    Check the updating policy for the group the server is in, and ensure the secondary location is Sophos with your EM/SBE creds in.
