So this issue may be 'kind of' noted in the 'Known Issues' section but not this specifically so I wanted to bring it up so maybe it can be added. There are two of us that administer our PureMessage system, and one of us left the console running on their machine for a long period of time. The issue is that apparently when you click 'Save Changes' it applies the changes that the local client has cached on it and doesn't take into account any other changes that were made by other administrators. This means that the person who leaves their client running can potentially overwrite changes made by someone who just opens it up, makes changes, saves and then closes it.
If the issue can't be fixed, could a feature be added to at least inform a user when launching the client that someone else is already connected? That way we’’’’d at least be aware that it is a possibility.
Thanks!
