No statistics

I have just finished setting up virtual web appliance. Router has been confirgured to send traffic to web appliance. Looks like its blocking some sites. Only problem I see that its not showing any statistics on dashboard. Also under reports, it shows no data. I checked all the saettings but could not find any thing related. Somehow I feel its not recoding the log. Please advise..

    The first thing would be to confirm your web appliance is processing web traffic. When sites are getting blocked, are you seeing a block page with "sophos web protection" at the bottom?

    You can confirm the web appliance is processing web traffic by reviewing the web logs. To review the web logs, you need to configure the web appliance to send them to a Syslog server.

    Path to enable Syslog = Configuration -> System -> Alerts & Monitoring -> Syslog

    You can use the help article below to understand the web log.
