Sophos SWA not resolving addresses and can't ping the internet.

Hi,

We have newly purchased SWA v4.2.1.1.

Proxy setup

I would like to ask what is the cause of the following issues.

1. lately our swa can't ping and resolve the internet address.

2. There's always an error on active directory sync.

3. After I reboot the device it's working properly.

these issues causing lot of trouble to our end user. Hope you could suggest a solution.
